Who we are
NetraClouds Inc. is a managed IT services provider headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario. We plan, build and run the technology that businesses depend on every day: office networks and structured cabling, servers and cloud platforms, workstations and email, security monitoring, and the help desk that keeps people working.
Most of our clients are in Mississauga, Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We also take on project work across Ontario and, through our branch offices in Montreal and Ottawa, in Quebec and the National Capital Region. On-site support can be arranged wherever your business operates.

Every engagement follows the same lifecycle: a survey and audit of what you already have, written recommendations, a solution design with an itemized proposal, implementation, commissioning with documentation and handover, and ongoing support if you want us to keep running it. Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing before work starts, and each engagement is quoted on its own scope. Services can be taken individually or combined into a fully managed service, so you only take on what your business needs. The full lifecycle is described on How We Work.
Where we work
Our head office is at 2185 N Sheridan Way, Mississauga, ON L5K 1A4, with branch offices in Montreal and Ottawa. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, with 24/7 support for managed clients. Recent work includes network and security rebuilds for a childcare centre, a hospitality group head office and a children's autism care provider, a new corporate office for a national hotel group, and a camera rollout across more than one hundred hotel properties. Each of these is written up in our case studies.
Commercial security cameras, access control, structured cabling and audio visual installation are delivered by our sister company NetraClos, so a project that needs physical security or boardroom AV alongside the IT work can be handled by one group.

Where is NetraClouds based and which areas do you serve?

Do you work with businesses that already have internal IT staff?
Yes. Many clients keep an internal IT person or team and bring NetraClouds in for what they cannot cover alone: after hours help desk, security monitoring, cloud projects, cabling and Wi-Fi, or extra engineers for a defined piece of work. We agree the split of responsibilities in writing so nothing falls between the two teams.
How does an engagement with NetraClouds start?
It starts with a conversation and a survey of your current environment. From there you receive written findings and recommendations, then a solution design and an itemized proposal for the agreed scope.
