NetraClouds respects your privacy and provides a process for requesting deletion of personal data associated with our application and connected platform integrations, including Meta/Facebook data where applicable.
## Requesting Data Deletion
If you would like NetraClouds to delete your data associated with our application, please send a request to:

Please include:
– your full name
– the email address associated with your account
– your Facebook/Meta account identifier or the email used with the connected service, if applicable
– a brief note stating that you are requesting data deletion
## What We Will Delete
Upon verifying your request, NetraClouds will delete or anonymize, as applicable:
– connected account metadata stored by our application
– integration tokens and connection records
– workflow content and related data associated with your account, where eligible for deletion
– other personal data retained by the application, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business obligations
## Processing Time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification of the request.
